Product property:
The whole “Jin Aote” series stainless steel canned-motor pump is made by stainless steel material, including pump body, shaft, spline, vane, valve, outlet, filter etc. The pump mechanism is produced by KINGSBURY thrust bearings and stainless steel wear-resistant composite materials. With high quality, long service life and never rust quality, it can reduce your maintenance trouble. The maximum lift and submerged depth can respectively reach up to 260m and 350m. Also the maximum flow capacity of 4” submersible pump can come to 16m3/h. It's the greatest advantage of this product which is regarded as the breakthrough to the traditional capacity. When working ,the impeller is in the state of suspension, reducing the axial load to the motor. It can be used in small outer diameter well drilling, thus obviously saving drilling cost and time. The pump has been installed automatic Level Control Box, which can automatically control pump start and stop when the water of well is “full” or “shallow”. This product possesses of perfect overload protection, so it’s no necessary for you to worry about the damage of the motor when it is in normal use condition. The motor is lubricated by oil and water.

Operation instruction
1 Never test the motor without being fully submerged into water.
2 Never use the motor in lightning weather
3 Never pumping well water with much more solid content for a long time (solid content should no more than 0.01% of the total mass )
4 Suitable water temperature: 2℃~40℃. If you want to pump the hot water with the temperature of 60℃, please reserve the pump and motor (only for 4” motor with its power less than 10 HP)
5 It must operate with the automatic control cabinet (or else there is no warranty)
6 Please fully fill clean water before using 6” water-filled motor.
7 Power: single-phase,50Hz&60Hz; 200v~240v
Three-phase,50Hz&60Hz; 360v-400v
